The name comes from the comic book character who heals from any injury with an almost supernatural speed. The peptide stack it describes is more scientifically grounded than its name suggests.
The Wolverine Stack is a combination of BPC-157 and TB-500 — two regenerative peptides that address tissue healing through different but complementary mechanisms.
Why two peptides instead of one?
BPC-157 and TB-500 are not redundant. They work on different aspects of the healing process.
BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis — new blood vessel formation — and upregulates growth factors that signal tissue repair at the site of injury.
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) promotes actin polymerization — which is the cellular scaffolding process that allows cells to migrate to an injury site and build new tissue. It also has systemic anti-inflammatory properties.
Think of it like a construction project. BPC-157 builds the road to the site and calls the workers in. TB-500 builds the scaffolding and keeps the work zone running efficiently. Together they do more than either does alone.
